Nonprofit Work

Storytelling can take on many forms. Here are some examples of nonprofit videos that are quite different from one another. They all tell a unique story that was based on the unique voice of the company. For Urban Edge and Be Bold, Be Bald, Steve Kolander actually wrote the song (melody and lyrics.) To create these unique voices, it is important to spend time with the clients talking about the essence of why they do what they do. 




Wicked Good Cause Campaign

Wicked Good Cause helps people on Boston's South Shore deal with unforeseen illnesses and tragedies. It was very rewarding to talk to the recipients of Wicked Good Cause and seeing how strong they are in their desire to live and flourish even while they fight their cancers. (Wicked Good Cause helps more than cancer patients but this year, it just so happened those who needed the most TLC were Bridget and Kerri.)


The 2017 Winter Ball Gala commercial campaign went so well, Wicked Good Cause asked Sticky Story Inc. to create a 5th Annual Ball video for 2018 to tell the stories of many of the recipients. The chalkboard gave us an opportunity to put every recipients name on the board while hearing heartfelt stories. 


Jimmy Fund Walk

Cancer is such a terrible disease that affects so many people that it seems we can't do enough to help raise funds to find the treatments and cures necessary to put this disease behind us. The Jimmy Fund is a famous brand in the Northeast and we were honored to help these guys. We used animation to to help them brand their own look to fit their ongoing campaign.
